I loved the poem.
The images and motifs you've used (Cricket, Industry, Hockey, Terrorism, Army, Religion) give a very familiar view of India. Mostly people focus on villages and valleys and hills.
But I have a complaint. You say after 61 years of Independence "We are fail". I don't think so. Sure, we haven't reached the stage where the dreams of our freedom fighters are met. But we are Free, we are Independent, we are a strong Democracy that has resisted the tyranny of Dictatorship or Fascism or Military Rule for 61 years.
We have people to be proud of, we have a never-say-die spirit to be proud of, we have our peaceful values to be proud of.
Yes, poverty is rampant and so is disease, and we have many other evils to fight. But the battle isn't over yet, we are strong and we will rise.
The only problem, I think, is that most of us feel we have lost, when we are beginning to win! :)
